THURSDAY 4th FEBRUARY 2021
Mimosa Coffee Morning
THURSDAY 4th FEBRUARY is World Cancer Day and in 2020 many people hosted coffee mornings where they invited friends and colleagues to come together to mark this day to raise money so that Mimosa can continue to help local cancer causes.
In 2021 we didn’t want to let Covid make this important date go unmarked, so Mimosa invited the community to join us for our first ever ‘Mimosa Talks’ virtual coffee morning. It proved to be a hugely positive, energised and informative morning , thanks to the wonderful line up of local experts who shared with us their knowledge on health and well-being.
Those attending showed their appreciation by making generous donations to Mimosa. All funds went towards buying and delivering cervical kits for cancer patients at Centre Antoine Lacassagne in Nice, just one of the many projects that we support thanks to your generous donations.
